At ÉLAN ARCHIVES, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Within UAE

• Delivery time: 1–3 business days

• Delivery fee: Calculated at checkout or as stated on the product page

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occasionally occur due to courier or customs processes beyond our control.

 

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (UAE only)  
• Bank Transfer

Bank transfer details will be provided after checkout.

Orders will be processed and shipped once payment has been received.

If payment is not received within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled.

 

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available within the UAE.

A AED 10 service fee applies.

Payment must be made in full at delivery
