This website is operated by ÉLAN ARCHIVES. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ÉLAN ARCHIVES. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or have given consent for a minor to use this site under your supervision.

 

 

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

PRODUCTS

 

All items sold on ÉLAN ARCHIVES are authentic designer pieces.

 

Most items are preloved, unless clearly stated as new.

 

Because items are preloved:

 

• Minor signs of wear may be present

• We clearly describe condition and show real photos

• By purchasing, you accept the item condition as shown

All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.

PRICES & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in AED.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully received.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (UAE only)  
• Bank Transfer

Bank transfer details will be provided after checkout.

Orders will be processed and shipped once payment has been received.

If payment is not received within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery

Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

Cash on Delivery is available within the UAE only.

An additional AED 10 Cash on Delivery service fee applies to all COD orders.

This fee is non-refundable.

Card Payments

We currently do not accept credit or debit card payments.

SHIPPING

We aim to ship orders within 1–3 business days.

We are not responsible for courier delays once shipped.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We do our best to ensure all information is accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors at any time.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ÉLAN ARCHIVES shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
